Minimum Stay Requirements

2-night minimum stay on weekends arriving on Friday or Saturday. 3-night minimum during high season from June 29th to October 15th.

Cancellation

Deposit refunds - a 15% processing fee will apply if cancellation is received before 30 days of the arrival date. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, a credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the amount of the deposit will be issued (Valid for Three Months) only if the room is re-booked. No refunds are given for early departures or no-shows
