(sleeps 1-2) Alpine Trail is a PET FRIENDLY room so if you are not bringing a pet, please select another room if possible so that this one can remain free for guests traveling with furry friends.

Pine Cove

Cancellation

For stays of two or more nights, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.One night stays require a 100% deposit. * Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to check-in date: Deposit will be refunded (minus $20 handling fee) * Cancellation made between 14 and 2 days of arrival. Deposit will not be refunded, but may be applied toward a future visit (minus $20 handling fee). * Cancellations made within 48 hours of the 3:00pm check-in time and date: Deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent your room, we will not charge the remaining balance. If we cannot rent the room, the full amount will be charged as reserved. * Early Departure: If we are able to re-rent your room, the unused portion of your stay may be applied toward a future visit (minus $20 handling fee). If we cannot rent the room, the full amount will be charged as reserved.We do our best to be fair and reasonable with emergency cancellations ... however, we are a small inn and this is the sole income for our family. Therefore, we cannot absorb last minute cancellations due to bad weather or changes in plans. Thank you for understanding.
