Our favorite place

My husband and I have stayed at the Albion River Inn possibly 10 times over the past 15 years. My husband is handicapped and the handicapped room is perfect in nearly every way, other than that the toilet is a low or regular height one. The shower is perfect, with the bench that lowers and the water doesn't get all over the floor. Accesibility is pretty good, even if he uses his wheelchair, but we usually have to drive the short distance to the restaurant because of the stairs and steepness of the path. The bed is very comfortable. The fireplace is perfect, we love sitting in front of it either looking out at the ocean or reading. If the weather is good we will sit on the deck, actually we always do even if it is cold, it is so beautiful! The meals in the dining room are perfect, everything we have had is wonderful. We are so excited that we just got to book again for a few days near Chrismas, such a special place to be. We can't wait to go up there!!
