Circa 1840. Overlook the historic canal town of Roscoe Village from a front porch rocker at this renovated 1840 home in Coshocton, Ohio. Step inside the parlor of the Apple Butter Inn and feel the relaxed yet gracious ambiance. Stay in a pleasant fireside guest bedroom or a spacious suite with an antique clawfoot tub in the Main House. The Carriage House boasts suites with two-person whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and kitchenettes that feature microwaves, stocked mini-refrigerators and hot beverages. Breakfast is accompanied by locally made apple butter and is served in the dining room of the Main House. Take a wine-tasting tour of nearby wineries, visit Amish Country and browse the many shops in the area.

Two Night minimum stay required for Festivals, Holidays, House of Jacob events and most weekends.

Cancellation

There is a 10-day cancellation policy. If cancellation is made within ten days of your stay a 50% deposit will be forfeited. If made before ten days, only a $25.00 processing fee will be charged.
