Amazing experience!

After switching between many hotels, I eventually ended up at the Atherton Inn. I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and the quality of this place is comparable to any 5 star. Highly recommended!

Warm and Welcoming

One of the best features of this BnB are the Innkeepers. I really felt genuinely welcome and encouraged to be as comfortable as possible in their home. They are warm and fun. The BnB itself is well located and comfortable with plenty of space to relax. I had an excellent two nights sleep. They had all the comforts of home available to guests including games, tea, coffee, snacks, band-aids and wine. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Of particular note is the lovely African Grey parrot, Baily, who adds so much charm and fun. We ended up having an impromptu Oscar's party with several other guests and the Innkeepers! Super fun! Great other guests to mix with. Thank you Trish and Jim!!!

It's like home away from home

It is our 5th time that we have stayed at the Atherton Inn. We wouldn't think of any other place to stay when we are in the bay area. The innkeepers, Tricia & Jim are kind and helpful as well as their staff.

Conflicted...

Conflicted because part of me wants to keep it a secret, so I can get a room when visiting my kids in RWC! Jim & Tricia are the consumate hosts, and I can't recommend their B&B more. I have stayed here on two occasions, both in the Zinfandel room. A brilliant place to relax and unwind. Breakfast is spectacular, talk about full service! Over the past 6 years I have had clients and colleagues stay here too, only glowing reports from all of them.
