Gorgeous Inn

We loved this property and were surprised to find so flawless and beautiful an inn! A masterpiece really, and it combined Craftsman style with Catalina beach style in a unique way. The staff proved to be friendly and up to any request. We lingered over breakfast a long time enjoying the koi fish and fountain. Ice tea and munchies available at all time and close to nice eateries. Highly recommended.

InnSide Tip - The Skyline Bus Tour
Try and get on Richard's bus for a great little tour out to the airport. We saw the buffalo and learned a lot about the flora and fauna and the views were incredible.

Best on the Island!!

We chose this property through the iLoveInns.com website and were extremely happy wiht our choice. Then while at breakfast, we met a couple there who were celebrating a special occasion - they had friends who came to the Island all the time and told them Avalon Hotel was the Best on the Island. After our stay we totally agree! Loved the bathrooms, the relaxing private balcony, friendly staff and amazing bed! I feel relaxed just thinking about it and am back in my busy life.
