A museum and a luxury b&b in one
We stumbled on this place and are sorry we couldn't stay longer. The Maybees have an amazing collection of Indian and pioneer memorabilia. World-class setting, lots to do. Very comfortable, a great breakfast and gracious hosts. Don't miss this place.

Star Gazing at the Barn
Star Gazing at the BarnWe made reservations at the Barn Anew because it was the only place we could find with sunshine the weekend of the Perseid meteor shower in August 2012. We were so deleted to find such a beautiful, romantic, charming, interesting, and delightful and delicious place to spend our weekend. The flowers, the trees, and the greenery are so well landscaped. No wonder so many people get married there. The owners, Cher and Allan Maybee, are the most intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendly hosts and share their many genuine artifacts of the area and history of the Oregon Trail, Lewis and Clark Trails and the adventurous travelers’ of our past. All the rooms and baths are clean, comfortable and decorated with the history of the area too. Also what a fresh, healthy and delicious breakfast served with such class and we sited over 20 shooting stars that night to make it a perfect wonderful weekend. We definitely recommend staying the Barn Anew.
