Great experience in the woods
What a lovely and romantic hotel. My husband and in-laws spent the weekend here. The rooms were beautifully appointed with antiques. The service was amazing. The food was incredible and very memorable. The grounds were pleasant any time of day. Yes, we would travel back to this place again.

Unfair cancelation policy
I made a reservation on 4/23/2013 for 6/1 and 6/2. Than I called on 4/25 to cancel. I am being charged $25.00 fee to cancel a reservation with more than a month in advance. The summer festival is on that weekend and the room WILL BE TAKEN. I find it to be horrible customer service and at times policies do need to be overlooked plus the receptionist was rude and just kept saying thats are policy. Well they just lost a customer and I will be tell my friends!!!!!!
