A peaceful retreat for Chelsea
My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and it was a very quite, peaceful country location, away from everything!

Chloe is just awesome! She immediately makes you feel like family. The food is great, and lots of it! And the farm.... just breathtaking! Brought back memories of my childhood. Chris & Doris

A destination...not just a stopover
Several weeks ago I bicycled in to the Big Mill B&B from New Jersey on my way to Cape Coral, Florida. I had stayed at hotel after hotel. After awhile they all run together as you can imagine. The one common thread was how cramped the rooms are especially when sleeping with your bicycle. Initially I actually made a reservation at a hotel in Williamston that I later canceled. I did this after stumbling upon something I read about the Big Mill's owner Chloe Tuttle. Something told me I had to call her and I was glad I did. The Big Mill Bed & Breakfast in Williamston, NC is the first B&B I have stayed out in probably 5 years. I wasn't there 5 minutes when I began to wonder why it took me so long to try it again. I have had nothing but great experiences in the past but Big Mill's owner Chloe Tuttle has done an outstanding job and puts the others to shame. The property is beautiful and serene. Chloe's touch is evident in every detail...which by the way are too many to name. No exaggeration, she misses nothing. You absolutely cannot go wrong with a stay at Big Mill. I had only one regret and that was that I used this property as a stopover when it should have been my destination.

We have stayed with Chloe 4 times and cannot wait till the 5th! She is an outstanding host and loves people.....when you meet her you will feel like you have known her all your life! Her food is so yummie! Our 14 year old loves to visit and go hunting for mistletoe at Christmas....the inn is decorated very nicely.... you will not be disappointed! Make sure you try her strawberry jelly! Chloe we love your service!
