Bed Was Too Comfortable

Our time here was phenomenal! Your hospitality was so great, and my wife and I were able to really relax while we were here. Our room was fantastic, and the bed was too comfortable, and to top it off, the food was too! May GOD continue to bless you guys.

Perfect Place for an Elopement

Mark and Dixie, We saw your place & knew it was the perfect setting for our elopement. You took our ideas and made everything so much better than we dreamed it could be. Your decorating for us was so beautiful! We felt just like family with your hospitality & on-the-fly setup. We thank you for the incredible breakfast and fellowship. Creating Another Amazing Memory

I didn't expect my reaction to being back at Blackberry Creek Retreat to be as strong as it was, but this lovely place holds some of our best memories. It was just as enchanting now as it was four years ago when we said "I Do". Thanks for helping to create another amazing memory. You both are the best!!!

Kindred Spirit

Mark & Dixie, What an awesome time we've had here and what awesome people you are. You made the kids wedding even more special because of your great hospitality and friendship. Like Visiting Old Friends

My husband and I make several trips a year to the Springfield area and we hope that we can work in a stay at Blackberry Creek Retreat on every trip. Mark and Dixie are such wonderful hosts, it's like visiting old friends, with the best guest rooms and breakfast EVER!

A great getaway

My wife and I had a great stay here, while we got a night away during the holidays. Everything was very high quality, and Mark and Dixie were great hosts. We strongly recommend!

A great place to get away!

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights here the week before Christmas...and it was very short notice for the inn keepers. Despite those two factors, they were wonderful hosts! This has been one of the best B&B's we've ever stayed at. The room was outstanding!! Especially the bed and air tub! The food was delicious and the hosts were just the icing on the cake--super nice, friendly, and wanting to get to know their guests a little bit.

Beautiful, welcoming and memorable

Mark and Dixie make every guest feel like family. Their B & B is a beautiful venue for a wedding or anytime you would want a special event or get away. The rooms are all lovely and themed with lots of antiques and collectables. Mark`s breakfasts are delicious and you can follow them with a walk to Cinda`s cabin. Take lots of pictures.You will want to share these memories with your friends and family.Thanks Mark and Dixie for a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home away from home.
