  •  Each innkeeper signs up and agrees to honor a Buy-One-Night-Get-One-Night-Free Certificate during times you specify, usually off-peak season or mid-week times. It is always based on your projections of availability.
  •  We market the books and certificates as promotional tools to major corporations such as Minute Maid, Hallmark, Nestle, Nabisco and others to use as incentives to their consumers. In this way, we are able to take advantage of massive media and advertising budgets to further promote the bed & breakfast industry. Our Co-Op partners have spent more than $60 million in advertising that included the bed and breakfast industry in newspapers, radio, online and on packages. In just one promotion we are able to distribute more guidebooks than most publishers sell in a year or a lifetime!   •  The consumer receives the special guidebook or free-standing iLoveInns Certificate, makes his reservation and uses the Certificate at your inn during the time specified by you.

The advantages are obvious: You get to fill a room that would otherwise go empty. Room nights are a perishable commodity; you can't go back tomorrow and fill a room that was empty today. In this way, you get to maximize your profit potential. But the real benefit is this guest spreading the word about your inn.
