Disappointing

We spent a few days in the lovely town of Charlevoix and we LOVE B&Bs. The innkeeper, an employee not the owner, was nice and took us through the Inn on our first night. Her personality quickly declined, the next morning at breakfast. It is obvious that the owners of the property are not on site. Carpeting on the stairs and hallway are filthy and an old water leak in the ceiling (with the tiles pulling away)of our room, should definitely be attended to, the expansive wrap around porch is unwelcoming. The style of the Inn and furnishings are lovely but if the owners don't take better care of it, it will certainly decline.
