Wonderful (too short) Getaway”

We only stayed one night at Brookfield Farm but wished we could have stayed longer! It was a lovely B&B. Our room was immaculately kept and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. There was so many different kinds of birds to watch from our room in the morning. Caroline and Michael were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was so yummy with homemade baked goodies and an amazing fresh fruit salad. The property and animals provided the scenery for a nice little stroll in the morning. We would definitely go back again!

Absolutele Best Time Ever!

Staying at Brookfield farm was the ultimate experience. The farm was centrally located, close to Poughkeepsie, New Paltz - great restaurants, Mohonk preserve and Mohonk Mountain House. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The fridge and cupboard were well stocked, we did not want for anything. The hosts were very attentive but were not intrusive. The farm animals and the wild birds added a wonderful sense of peace. We were fortunate enough to see a flock of wild turkeys outside our window. This was a great place to relax and rejuvenate.

WOW, What a great experience

WOW! what a great experience. felt like we were staying with close relatives. I can't say enough about the hosts. The food was excellent and the grounds were scenic and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. we are currently looking for an excuse to go back to Brookfield Farm Bed & Breakfast. Thanks again Caroline & Michael Murphy.

The Perfect B&B

We spent our anniversary at Brookfield Farm. Caroline and Mike were the perfect hosts, friendly and helpful when you needed them, otherwise the stay was private. The farm is beautiful. I got a lick from Uly the cow! The location is right in the middle of everything we wanted to see in Hudson Valley. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated in a simple, sophisticated country look. We had a delicious picnic breakfast waiting at our door every morning. The pantry in the room has an assortment of cereals and a mini fridge stocked with water, milk, juices and yogurts. Caroline gave us a great dinner recommendation for our last night. I could not have asked for a better stay. We definitely would recommend Brookfield Farm to any couple looking for a romantic getaway.
