Circa 1895. The innkeepers of Carriage House were born in Wales and Ireland, and since arriving here in the 60s always dreamed of running a B&B. Now, recently settled into a Queen Ann Victorian complete with third floor turret, the couple are enjoying innkeeping and continuously improving the property. Gleaming woodwork and a handsome fireplace welcome guests to the inn. Bedrooms are furnished with white wicker, floral fabrics and painted pieces. Irish soda bread, stuffed peaches and quiche are among the house specialities.
