Weekend in Santa Cruz

The staff was EXTREMELY courteous and friendly. I stayed in Room 7, which was right next to the office, thus I heard activity ALL the time. The bathroom smelled like urine. The drape to the door just hung and I literaaly had to use a paper clip to close it! The food in the Bistro was TERRIBLE. I will NOT be staying there again!

Loved It

It was a wonderful place for our 25th wedding anniversary. The front desk people were great. I spoke directly to the manager when I made reservations he was able to help us out. The room he gave us was perfect, private balcony looking at the ocean. We will be staying there again on our next visit.
