Circa 1868. A local architectural anchor often referred to as "THE Brick House" features rooms with character and modern amenities amidst the atmosphere of a family home. A separate entry apartment boasts a two-story living area with plenty of sleeping space for a family and a fully-equipped kitchen. A queen bed suite with a private bath and queen bed room with a shared bath round out the accommodation options. Guests awake to the scent of coffee that invites them to a full breakfast prepared with local, organic ingredients; the menu may include spinach goat cheese quiche, cornmeal and cream cheese pancakes, or the special noodle pudding. Sherlock the dog and Wesley the cat are always happy to help welcome guests to their home. Reduced rates available for long-term stays. The owner lives on site so be sure to ask him for recommendations on nearby independent restaurants and brew pubs.

Cancellation fee is taxable 10% of total reservation, 50-100% for long term, minimum $30 1 week notice if nightly (less than 7 night) reservation for a refund less taxable cancel fee. Less than one-week notice non-refundable, total reservation amount due. Special Events and Holiday weeks are non refundable. Date change is a cancellation, one time max, not guaranteed. One week (7 nights) and longer-term reservations require 1-month notice, higher cancel fee. Early departure is considered a last minute cancellation, non refundable. Cancellations are taken seriously; they are a large percent of income to a 3 room B&B; your consideration is appreciated. Refunds will be in the same form as original payment; i.e. credit card is credit, gift card is gift card, etc. if your card is no longer valid, there is no refund. |
