We booked one night online for homecoming weekend, but were then informed by email that there is a two-night minimum for that weekend. Understandable, but not my fault that information wasn't on the website or didn't come up during the booking process.
Called the owner, Mac McCord, and he agreed to let us stay for the one night because he rightly recognized it wasn't our fault that the website didn't notify us of the two-night minimum.
Then, this week I get an email from same person saying that unless we booked a second night they would cancel our reservation.
Unethical, unfriendly, and unfair.
