Description
Circa 1820. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, this stunning Greek Revival mansion sits on seven lush acres with scenic Hudson Valley views. It is elegantly furnished with period antiques and fine reproductions. The Chimneys Cottage, built in 1764, features romantic bedrooms with a more rustic colonial decor. Awaken to the aroma of a gourmet breakfast served in the country dining room or outside veranda. More than 4,000 acres of hiking trails are steps from the front door. Arrange for a picnic or enjoy a fireside massage. Nap in the hammock, sip wine on the patio next to the classic fountain and watch the sunset from the rear lawn. The farm next door offers unique gifts and treats. Each season has plenty to explore. Covid Note: Until further notice in 2021 there will be no breakfast served and we have adjusted our prices to reflect this change.
