Nine forested acres surround this secluded bed & breakfast in a cove on the shore of the area's third-largest lake. Experience fantastic views, smoke-free accommodations, privacy for romantic getaways and comfort for families. Stay in a lakeside guest bedroom or a log cabin. Most feature whirlpool tubs. All the kitchens are generously stocked with an assortment of ingredients for a self-serve breakfast. Relax in the waterfront hot tub after a day of boating, rowing or fishing for wild rainbow trout. An abundance of wildlife includes moose, eagles, ducks, loons, owls, lynx, beaver and swans. Nearby Nikiski's indoor swimming pool boasts a 136-foot water slide. Beachcomb at Captain Cook State Recreation Area. The Swanson River has a canoe landing and salmon fishing. Local restaurants offer free delivery to the lodge.
