We won't go back

We reserved our room over the phone with Innkeeper Laurie and then never saw her during our two night stay. Instead her 13 year old daughter was left to greet guests and cook breakfast. We reserved a specific suite but were not given that one on arrival and when asked about getting our original request, we were lied to about why it was not available. We asked for a receipt on check out and were told it was all done electronically. The room was clean but had no clock and few ammenities. Not a good value for the $200+ nightly rate. Definitely not a good B&B experience.
