The house was home to the Gollmar circus family until 1970. The Gollmar Circus was the fourth largest circus in the United Staes in the early 190o's. All original oak woodwork and floors, chandeliers, and leaded glass windows. Beautiful original Newel Post Lamp. Open staircase leads to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, guest parlor and outside deck. Living quarter for owners downstairs with bedroom, bathroom, two parlors, dining room, butlers pantry, kitchen, foyer and deck. There is a large attic and full basement with laundry room and bathroom. The house is situated on two full lots with flower gardens. A carriage house and parking area are also included. A short 3 blocks to the downtown shops and theatre is easy walking distance.
