Circa 1833. Amid seven and a half serene acres of ponds, waterfalls, woods and gardens, this peaceful bed & breakfast offers quiet country elegance and hospitality. This historic haven is a getaway for both leisure and business travelers from across the country. Savor afternoon tea and home-baked cookies upon arrival and relax in the living room. Air-conditioned guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished with antiques and reproductions and authentic period patterns have been hand-stenciled to accent the decor. Assorted amenities in some of the rooms include gas fireplaces, canopy beds, designer linens, sitting areas and views of the mill ponds. Award-winning recipes are served to satisfy in the Breakfast Room with a morning newspaper and candlelight. Soak in the Sun Room spa, relax in the gazebo or fish for trout.

Historic Interest | This historic bed and Breakfast was built in 1833 on 8 acres with waterfalls on Spring Creek Formerly, this building was a Garbutt plaster mill where we ground gypsum for fertilizer and building. There is a 1905 Frances turbine located by the dam. Historic Awards:
