Gibson Mansion Bed and Breakfast in Missoula, Montana provides outdoor sitting areas in the gazebo, patio and a variety of garden rooms. Air-conditioned guest rooms feature comfortable luxury with sateen sheets, down comforters, fresh seasonal flowers, iron beds and oak armoires with period décor. A tray with coffee, tea and scones is delivered to the door each morning. Later, a gourmet "wreck-your-diet" breakfast is served in the formal dining room. Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation

All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless room is able to be re-booked. A refund will be given for all room charges for re-booked nights minus the $25 administrative fee. Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation notice of at least 30 days is required for a refund, less the $25.00 administrative fee.
