Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

“Guest”

 

This gift certificate ("Certificate") is issued by American Historic Inns / iLoveinns.com, Laguna Beach, CA, ("AHI") in accordance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms").  These Terms constitute the entire agreement and your possession or use of this Certificate constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

All Certificates are issued in US dollars.

Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or refunds.

AHI Certificates can be redeemed for up to the face value.  The Guest must present certificate at check-in and redeem and turn in at checkout.

If after the certificate is redeemed and a positive balance remains, the Guest may go to AHI’s web site, www.iLoveInns.com to view and print a revised certificate with the remaining unused portion that may be used for future stays at participating inns.

Participating inns are subject to change. Before planning a stay, be sure to check current participating inns at AHI’s web site www.iLoveinns.com.  Have your gift certificate redemption code and order number available when making your reservation as the innkeeper will need to validate your certificate while securing your reservation.  The Certificate may not be used as a deposit to secure your reservation.

The certificate will not be available for use until the “valid after” date which is 7 days after the certificate was purchased.   Have your certificate available when calling innkeeper to make a reservation.  They will need the information to confirm the validity and balance of the certificate.  Have a photo ID available when presenting Certificate to innkeeper.

AHI is not liable for lost or stolen gift certificates. In the event a Certificate is lost or stolen it may be re-issued by calling AHI.  You must have the Certificate(s) redemption code, order number and name of the purchaser, and the lost or stolen Certificate(s) must have not yet been redeemed.  A processing fee will apply.

The Certificate holder is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, gratuities and assessments with the use of this Certificate.

All issues and disputes regarding these Terms, or the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
