Situated at the head of Chedabucto Bay, the largest bay on the Nova Scotia Atlantic Coast, Guysborough is a charming seacoast village with a rich history that dates back to the early 1600s. The scenic waterfront marina hosts weekly community Ceilidh parties during the summer as well as a Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. The deck of the historic Rare Bird Pub & Eatery above the Marina is a good vantage point for the Ceilidh parties. Skipping Stone Crafts & Gallery beside the Rare Bird is a good spot for local crafts.
