Absolutely wonderful place to stay

We just spent two nights at Harmony Hill while exploring The Blue Ridge Parkway from top to bottom. What a jewel we found! Nestled outside of Sparta, the home was beautiful with an amazing setting! We stayed in The Carriage House which was separatevfrom the main house. It was complete with a bedroom, dining area/living room, kitchen and bath! The furnishings in the carriage house and the main house were beautiful. I took many pictures for ideas for home! In addition, the yard and grounds were so beautiful that I would recommend it for weddings as well. The mountains, flowers and porch setting were beautiful. And we saw deer in the meadow from the carriage house. It was a very special part of our 8 day trip through The Blue Ridge Parkway!

Awesome place

The jewel of the BR Parkway

We have been coming to the Blue Ridge Parkway for 25 years and I can safely say Harmony Hill is the best accommodation by far!! Barbara and Jim are first class hosts and the house and grounds are beautiful. They made our romantic three day getaway very special. The food is awesome and the conversation is much appreciated. We put our dinner and day plans in Barbara's capable hands. She pointed us toward a great restaurant with local music. She also called the owner of a local pottery studio and arranged for a tour of Magmum Pottery. What a treat. If you are ever in this area, spent some time at the Harmony Hill B&B, you won't regret it. We came to Harmony Hill as strangers and left with a feeling of family. We will visit often. Best place ever for a wedding

Barbra and Jim Thank you for allowing us to have our little girls wedding and reception on your property. The atmosphere and grounds where just stunning. It made her special day perfect. Anniversary Getaway

We had the most wonderful experience at Harmony Hill. It was an amazing few days spent in Sparta. Barbara and Jim have made a very welcoming, inviting and comfortable place to escape to. Our breakfasts were wonderful and delicious and was the company. We loved our time with Bella, as she and my husband bonded quite well! We also enjoyed shopping in the shops in Downtown Sparta. Each of the merchants were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend if you want to get away or have a romantic weekend, please contact Barbara and make arrangements to be their guest. We will definitely visit again and soon!

Overniters

Family was camping, but having knee surgery, we decided to stay at Harmony. Barbara greeted us and welcomed us in..the house is lovely...our room was very comfortable. The views from the front porch and gardens are breathtaking....Thank you Barbara and Jim....we WILL be back.....

A wonderful place to stay!

Harmony Hill is awesome! The vista views are gorgeous and the interior of the house is beautiful. Jim and Barbara are the perfect hosts. They make their guests feel welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay. The rooms are immaculate, and the bed is very comfortable. Harmony Hill is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast is served family style and is delicious! For a romantic get away, stay in the Carriage House with a private sitting room and kitchen. There are plenty of things to do in the area (hiking, biking, the Blue Ridge Parkway, wineries, shops, pottery studios, etc.) or you can enjoy the property and some rest and relaxation. We can't wait to go back and introduce our friends to Harmony Hill!

Romantic and Fabulous B and B!

Wonderful B and B in the mountains of Sparta, North Carolina! The home was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fit for a king and queen. We are so grateful that this was our first B and B together and it was magical. The mountains are hands down a 'billion' dollar view. Barbara and Jim made us feel so welcomed and special. We will be back next year and look forward to seeing Bella Boo again too! Thank you Barbara and Jim!!!!
