My home in Harpswell

The Harpswell Inn felt like home. Dick and Anne take great care to make it feel that way. The location was beautiful and quiet and the grounds beautifully kept. The individual rooms are lovely, and immaculate, and the commons rooms are warm and comfortable. While I had a full agenda in the area, the breakfast and other guests were so delightful that I stayed long at table each morning. When I needed information about the area, Dick and Anne, as life long residents of the area, were genuinely helpful. I look forward to a return visit to "my home in Harpswell".

Harpswell inn

I came here with some family and my boyfriend and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Every room was exquisitly decorated, the veiws were beautiful just like the pictures, and best of all the breakfast was to die for. Not only did we have a great time walking along the beaches and enjoying some of the surrounding activities but we came fourth of july weekend and off our personal balcony...yes personal balcony we could see snd awsome display of fireworks in three different places. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun but relaxing time. I hope to visit again soon

Inn beautiful - location not great

Harpswell Inn was beautiful and very clean. There were a few problems. Our room did not have tv or telephone and we could not lock our doors once we went out. The Inn is not around shops or restaurants. We didn't like the location. But the Inn keepers were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

A June Getaway

The Boston Sunday Globe5/22/11,featured an article on the Harpswell Inn. After looking at their website and talking to Dick and Ann Moseley, the innkeepers, we booked our stay. We enjoyed hospitality and area very much. Jim & Jan Woodside
