A 75-foot bridge spans a creek that flows past barns and outbuildings to the beach 200 yards away. The farmhouse is surrounded by green lawns, an award-winning flower garden, and grazing cows, horses and llama. This rustic rural location offers antiques, a hot tub, sauna and heated pool. A traditional ranch breakfast is served each morning.

Historic Interest | Howard Creek and Ranch are named after Alfred Howard who came to California when he was 12 years old. He and his family bought the original land in the late 1860s and later acquired many hundreds of acres through land grants after the Civil War.
