Historic Interest

The inn's Gothic Revival Victorian was built in l860, making it one of the earliest surviving homes in a town founded in the early 1840s. Two of the home's most prominent owners were the granddaughter of George C. Yount, one of Napa's earliest settlers, and William Watson, an important financier in both Napa and San Francisco. Subsequently, the descendents of one family owned the property for 93 years, including a midwife who delivered over 100 babies during her time in the house.

Perfection!

What a wonderful place this was. Owners greeted us by our first names as we pulled up. Such friendly and kind people who really make you feel right at home. Beautiful landscaping and lovely rooms. Most comfortable bed, felt like sleeping in butter. Delicious home cooked breakfast. Great romantic getaway!

Exceeded expectations!

This is probably the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed in, and by far, the most up to date inn in Napa. The Inn on Randolph has a new owner, Karen and has recently been remodeled. We found it to be spotless, fresh, up to date (no doilies!), and inviting. We loved the bed and linens--they were incredibly luxurious, and we woke up to a breakfast that was freshly prepared and hearty. The best part was that we didn't have to drive to dinner; we just walked downtown in minutes and enjoyed our food and wine without worrying about having to drive back. We felt very welcome and comfortable at this inn, and will recommend it to all of our friends and family. In fact, we are considering for an upcoming family reunion. Book here and you won't be sorry!

Oh... the comfort!

Karen & her crew are the definition of hospitality. We were introduced to so many things on our first night at the Inn. Most notably - Frogs leap zinfandel. Which became a fast favorite! The room was spacious (Randolph room) had a little private garden, that we spent the better part of the afternoon relaxing in. The fireplace, bathtub, and what seemed like million thread count sheets added to the romance, and perfection of our first night on our honeymoon in Napa. Walking distance to downtown, on a safe and tree lined street - we look forward to staying here again! Karen was able to get us into some vineyards we would not have otherwise been able to, and was very aware of local activities, and hot spots to frequent that were not touristy at all! We are so thankful for our time spent at the Inn, it was a great introduction to the "real Napa" and we felt right at home.
