Description
Circa 1848. This three-story, Federal-style inn is an impressive site on Ste. Genevieve's Main Street. The town is one of the oldest west of the Mississippi River, and the St. Gemme Beauvais is the oldest operating Missouri bed & breakfast. The rooms are nicely appointed in period style, but there are modern amenities here, too. The Jacuzzi tubs in some guest rooms are one relaxing example. There is an outdoor hot tub, as well. The romantic carriage house includes a king-size bed, double Jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. Guests are pampered with all sorts of cuisine, including full breakfasts served at individual candle-lit tables with a choice of eight entrees. Later, tea, drinks, hors d'oeuvres and refreshments are also served.

Great B&B
My wife and I couldn't have been happier with this B&B! Beautiful house, great sitting garden, perfect service from friendly owners and Janet, who's been with them for 40 years! Price includes a delicious breakfast that they'll either deliver to your room or you can enjoy in their beautiful dining room. Price also includes tea time and cocktails with snacks! They also serve one of the best dinners in town on Fridays and Saturdays. This B&B is especially nice if you don't want to have to socialize with the other guests. Most guests were nice but kept to themselves. (Which we appreciated). The Carriage House is really big and very private. I highly recommend a stay here! Right in the middle of town too, and only 20 minutes away from great MO wineries! The place and people couldn't have been more charming, and the food and accommodations were outstanding!
