Historic Interest

Housed in one of gold-rush Jacksonville's early permanent structures, the Jacksonville Inn perpetuates the nostalgic romances of that era. Built in 1861, the walls of the dining area and lounge were built of locally quarried sandstone, and specks of gold are still visible in the mortar. The town is the first in America to be named a National Historic Landmark, and Jacksonville has preserved its 19th Century charm.

Don't miss this dining experience

This is the finest establishment in the area - outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We've been coming to the Jacksonville Inn for over 20 year. The proprietor pays attention to detail and instills in his staff a "we're here to serve" attitude. You'll be glad you enjoyed the fine dining and the accommodations - whether you stay in the historic hotel rooms or the cottages within a block of the Inn.

A Jewel in Jacksonville

A restaurant where artistic, delicious meals are served graciously; where luxurious and spacious cottages are furnished with beautiful antiques, as well as top of the line conveniences; and where the staff is so attentive to my every need...this is the Jacksonville Inn. The Inn, located in the historic town of Jacksonville, has been my favorite place to dine as well as unwind for a weekend in one of its beautiful cottages. This is not only a jewel of Jacksonville but also a wonderful treasure of Oregon!

A beautiful place to stay

The Jacksonville Inn, a gem in a historic southern Oregon town is beautifully appointed and offers every amenity you would want. It has a five star restaurant second to none. The small but friendly town of Jacksonville is a shoppers dream. Excellent food, fine dining, a first- rate wine shop, and antique shopping, the Jacksonville Inn has it all.

Restaurant Review

Eating at the Jacksonville Inn is an experience you won't want to miss while visiting in Jacksonville. Their food is as good as any you will eat world wide. Because I have relatives in the area, I have never stayed in the Inn but I would certainly go to the restaurant again.
