Circa 1890. This pink and white Victorian sits elegantly behind a white picket fence. It was constructed by shipbuilders with sturdy heart-pine walls and 13-foot ceilings. With two stories of porches, the inn is located in the center of the Historic District.

The King Room

Find our King Room on the ground floor opposite the front desk. This unit features a four-poster Mahogany king bed, private bath, and hand-painted dresser by artist Jeff Beal. Use the additional twin bed when you're traveling with a third person.

Bates Room

Face the front porch in Bate’s Room, our airy room with high ceilings, wooden furniture, and a private bath with a tub. Inspired by the vivid paintings of Paul Gauguin, previous owner Jody Carlson crafted a 13-foot headboard for your two double beds.

Nuns Room

Built for solo travelers, this intimate room includes a twin bed, shared bathroom, white-washed walls, and Mexican floor tiles. The wide windows overlook our second-story balcony and let in plenty of natural light.

A favorite among repeat guests, Mo’s Room boasts a homey atmosphere and scenic views of our second-story balcony. Curl up in a spacious queen bed and appreciate the rustic wood paneling and hardwood floors—perfect for sandy feet.

Bella’s Room is our largest room with a shared bath. This lively room features several hand-painted pieces, including a door and chest of drawers, and the pillows offer a pop of color. Relax in the queen or twin bed.

TFB Room

Open your French doors and let in the ocean breeze. TFB uses the natural beauty of Key West to its advantage, whether it’s the bay window or the private deck overlooking the garden. Refresh yourself in your step-in shower and stargaze from your queen bed.

TFF Room

Unwind in TFF, our completely private unit on the third floor. This room offers a queen bed, modern bath, and Mexican tile. Relax in a red leather chair by the arched, five-foot French window, which faces west for perfect views of the sunset.

Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

Minimum Stay Requirements

There is a two-night minimum stay but this may vary. It is best to call the property direct with your dates in mind to confirm.


Reservations canceled outside 14 days (30-60 for special events) will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee plus applicable taxes. Reservations canceled inside of 14 days or 30-60, will forfeit their deposit. Early check-outs will not be refunded and cancellations via email are not accepted; you must call the property to officially cancel.
