Circa 1860. Maplewood Hotel stands on the quiet village green in the center of Saugatuck. Built during Michigan's lumber era, the elegant three-story Greek Revival hotel boasts four massive wooden pillars, each 25 feet high. The interiors include crystal chandeliers, period furniture and well-appointed lounge areas.

pleasure

Staying at the Maplewood provided the pleasure of listening to classical music on the player grand piano. It was so easy vacationing...steps from boutiques, art galleries and antique shops.
