Circa 1872. Mrs. B's Historic Lanesboro Inn & Restaurant sits in one of Minnesota's scenic valleys on the bank of the Root River. This B&B has been restored to include modern comforts while retaining an eclectic yet comfortable Victorian décor. Sit and relax in the peaceful garden amid the bird songs and the sound of flowing water or on the patio or deck. After a restful sleep in an inviting guest room, a creative gourmet country breakfast is served in the Bistro Dining Room. Gift certificates are available.

In Town on the Bike Trail and on the Root River. The Garden has three tiers. A Zen Garden with Japanese water bowl and Buddha. Rock walkways. Second tier garden with plum tree and assorted flowers, plants. Third tier is right on the river with flowers, grasses, and willows. Rock walkways on all tiers. The garden is a certified wildlife habitat. |
