Description
Circa 1850. Six 22-foot-tall fluted Corinthian columns support the front gallery of this 30-room Greek Revival plantation. The owners furnished the mansion with 18th- and 19th-century Mississippi heirloom antiques and the guest rooms offer beautiful canopy beds. The parlor holds a carved rosewood Victorian suite, original family documents and a collection of Civil War memorabilia. A hearty southern breakfast is served. Enormous oaks and magnolia trees grace the grounds.
