A Victorian Experience

A true Victorian experience that is truly elegant and delicious! You two have done a magnificent job in creating the perfect retreat. My brother and I have loved staying here in the Old Magnolia House while tracing & retracing our family history thru Paris, Chicota & many off-sight places along the way. Can't wait to visit again and may your new venture in ministering to guest be a huge success.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time here! My sisters and I have laughed so much and eaten so much this weekend! It was so no nice to get to visit with both of you again after so many years! Ya'll have a very special ministry here and I pray God's blessings on this place and your lives. It was great to eat breakfast with Aunt Betty, Aunt Maralene and Uncle Jerry. I feel refreshed.

Having only met you (less than 72 hours ago), we three know without a doubt that the Lord Himself ordained this encounter. He knew I would be a stranger in this town and needed a family connection. True Pleasure!

It has been a true pleasure to be pampered and spoiled in the Old Magnolia House. We have really enjoyed your tremendous southern hospitality. Your Christmas decorations fit the house perfectly. Our room was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn't want to leave- especially after tasting the sweet rolls, bacon and friendship bread and coffee for breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Lovely Sisters!

Thank you for the beautiful place to stay. The food was fabulous. I loved knowing that all that you do with this bed & breakfast glorifies the Lord. Last night the "ghost" visited us! The TV turned on loudly in the middle of the night and would not go off! We had to unplug it! Interesting 24th anniversary! Lots of love and prayers,

Wonderful experience!

Loved your beautiful bed & breakfast! It has amazing history & gorgeous antiques. Our Rose room was lovely. The bed was snuggly & soft. You are both very gracious & beautiful souls to be around. May God bless this endeavor & keep you both prosperous!!! Paris is a beautiful town. Rich w/history & gorgeous architecture, food & so much more. We had a wonderful experience and 19th anniversary and our stay here was just icing on the cake. (PS- poppy seed cake was scrumptious)

We made it!!!

The three of us, Rhonda, Brenda & Bonnie came on a whim to celebrate 2 of us turning 60 in PARIS! We made it!!! Visited the Eiffel Tower and all! We didn't expect to find this little jewel of a place in Paris, TX. Without a doubt, the Lord led us here and used Ms. Prissy to spoil us rotten. We loved EVERYTHING about it and can't wait to share it with friends and family. The Holy Spirit is here in this place. I felt peace here- that's priceless! Thank you Jesus that I didn't encounter any "other spirits"! The house is beautiful, the food was probably the best I've ever tasted and your company and hospitality Ms. Prissy was a real blessing. We had a blast. We will be back to meet the ones we missed. Looking forward to meeting Debbie and Christopher! Your sweet momma was a delight, as well! Thanks for the memories!

The Best!

Where to begin . . .

I'm not sure where to begin, but this is definitely a treat for the senses; beautiful and interesting to look at, interesting to hear about, comfortable (the sheets were the softest ever) and tastiest breakfast/treats! the drive here was not that far from the Dallas metroplex, easy and pretty to boot! We will definitely recommend the Magnolia House to our friends!

a step back in time

I have stayed in a lot of B&B's but this is the best I have seen anywhere. The home is beautiful. The Inn keepers are just like family. They make you feel at home. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at an Inn or a restaurant. You don't want to leave when it's time to go. I wish there was a higher score than 10 because it's definitely a 20
