Description
Circa 1880. Newly remodeled and restored, Phineas Swann Bed & Breakfast Inn is an elegant New England treasure located in the hills of Vermont in Montgomery Center, just north of Stowe near Jay Peak Resort. Common areas are plentiful at this very pet-friendly inn, beginning with the Reception Hall and Front Room accented with Victorian furnishings. The Living Room features a masonry fireplace and provides beverages and fresh-baked treats all day. The Music Room has a player piano and the Den is a sitting room/library with a large plasma TV. Stay in a lavish guest bedroom in the main house or upscale suite in the Carriage House with a fireplace and Jacuzzi. River House Suites also include a full kitchen and decks overlooking the Trout River. Linger over a gourmet breakfast in the expanded dining room with sun room.

I Felt Like a Queen @ Phineas Swann
I traveled from Littleton, NH and attended my niece's high school graduation in Vermont and stay at Phineas Swann B & B on June 12th. I felt like a Queen. Everything was amazing from the gorgeous room, the peaceful surroundings, the incredible breakfast, the friendly waitstaff Emma and Karen, to the genuine, hospitable hosts, John and Jay and their two friendly pet dogs. I absolutely would stay there again and tell my friends they have to stop at this B & B when going through Vermont. Signed Suzanne Kelley
