Relax on the wraparound porch rockers, stroll the garden or soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi. The main house features primitive décor with period antiques and collectibles. Stay in an air-conditioned guest bedroom or a suite. The romantic Walter Rogers Room with an all-season fireplace is on the first floor. Start the day's adventures with a hearty country-style breakfast. The more spacious Rosebud Cottage includes a screened porch, fireplace, kitchenette and a breakfast basket delivered daily. Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation

A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall season cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. No Shows, that is not notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per day for each remaining day of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season where you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay. All cancellations must be received by phone.
