Description
Circa 1888. Overlooking the Intracoastal Halifax River in Daytona Beach, Florida, this historic five-story estate and two-story carriage house spans one and a half acres. Ocean breezes add to the relaxed ambiance of an old riverfront plantation home. Play games in the living room, browse the DVD and book library and indulge in a frozen ice cream treat or fruit bar from the guest refrigerator that is also stocked with soft drinks and bottled water. Grab a beach towel and take a refreshing swim in the heart-shaped pool. Guest rooms include pampering amenities. Select a room with water views, skylights, a private veranda, sitting area, or handicap accessible. Nightly turndown service will be provided upon request. Designate in advance which daily newspaper is to be delivered to the door. Savor a bountiful breakfast in-room or in the dining room.

Reservation/Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation |
As we are a small inn with six rooms, late cancellations affect us significantly. We will make every effort to book the extra rooms that are madse available through late cancellations thereby only charging the guest who had to cancel a processing fee of $45. Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to reservation date. After that, guest will be charged for the full cost of their reservation if we are unable to book their rooms. A later check out time is billed at $20 per hour based on availability. Room rates include two guests with and an additional $35 fee for a third guest. No more than three guests to a room, please Children must be 10 years of age or older. |
