Reservation may be cancelled up to seven days prior to the date of arrival. There is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within seven days of scheduled arrival date, your account will be charge full room rate unless we can fill your vacancy. Holidays periods and weekends require 14 days. We regret that we must enforce our policy of no refunds for failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation or departure occurs prior to the last date of the reservation.
