Description

Circa 1880. Built as a stagecoach stop in the 1880s, it was refurbished into the state's first ski lodge in 1940. The unique atmosphere has been retained while adding a gourmet restaurant and offering Keystone Resort amenities. Wood-burning fireplaces and antique furniture enhance two inviting sitting rooms. Uncluttered guest bedrooms boast a quiet, comfortable decor with no phones or televisions. Indulge in a delicious breakfast. Relax on the patio overlooking the beaver ponds with spectacular mountain views. Enjoy the pool and hot tubs, restaurants and shopping. Kid's Night Out, summer festivals, winter fireworks, torchlight parades, stargazing workshops, wine tasting, skating, yoga, boat rentals and gondola rides are some of the many seasonal activities available. Shuttle service is provided.
