Better Than Home!

We just spent a wonderful weekend at the Snow Goose. It was our 2nd time staying (2 years in a row) and we don't intend to stop. It's absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming & beautiful. Amy & Wayne are amazing hosts & everything is so clean & decorated so wonderfully. It truly is as comfortable as home...even more comfortable. This is the place to stay and come back year after year!

Great Adirondack B and B

Snow Goose is right where it should be; close to all the attractions of the area, but in a quiet location just outside the village of Keene Valley. The hosts are friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the room top-notch. Mine had a private outside entrance. HIghly recommended!

we recently stayed at the Snow goose to attend a wedding in the area. The room we had was very spacious and the bed comfortable.Wayne and Amy were warm and friendly. our stay there was very enjoyable, and the food was good too. They accommodated our schedule and had breakfast for us early so we could catch a flight.

Snow Goose B&B... charming!

Snow Goose owners Wayne & Amy Stoner are the consummate hosts... warm, hospitable, informed and prepared for anything. We gathered with girlfriends from Maine, Pennsylvania and Washington for a delightful weekend of relaxation and site seeing. It was that and more! Beautifully appointed rooms with every amenity; "could we please have the recipe" breakfasts; delightful conversations about Keene Valley and surrounding areas. We look forward to returning each fall. Would we recommend Snow Goose? Yes indeed!

Lovely Romantic Weekend Away

My husband and I desparately needed a weekend away after a summer of biking and camping trips. It was nice to get away with nothing but our hiking boots and poles. Amy and Wayne were the best host and hostess of any B&B we have ever stayed in. Amy was very interested in what we intended to do and how early we were getting up for breakfast and they were very accommodating if we wanted a different time. She also asked if we had any food allergies or food that we didn't eat. We try to avoid wheat and they were able to make us delicious breakfasts without wheat! Our room with the kitchenette was perfect because we really wanted to be able to prepare other meals in our room if we didn't want to go out to eat. We enjoyed ourselves and their company so much we were sad to leave! We will be going back when we get more time, perhaps in the spring!

InnSide Tip - Close to trailheads...
This Inn is very close to several trailheads and you can even hike right from the back of the Inn into the Adirondack trail system. Very convenient!

Warm

I thoroughly enjoyed my four-day visit with Wayne and Amy - both were the hosts you always hope for when you're looking in to B&Bs. The setting and building were lovely, and the breakfasts were fabulous.

Perfect Place to Start a Holiday!

We planned a Christmas vacation holiday in the Adirondacks and our first stop was Snow Goose. It was perfect - lovely location, comfortable, decorated for the holidays, great host and hostess, and a delicious breakfast. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful

Our experience has been a romantic weekend getaway at this picturesque and very warm place. Amy and Wayne are very nice and make you feel very comfortable. Their attention to detail was remarkable and we felt immediately relaxed (much needed) by the whole atmosphere. Beautiful window views, quiet/privacy, fireplace, sleep # mattress... Did I mention very clean? We are avid winter sports fans but didn't take advantage of the proximity to the slopes or the trails this weekend. Nevertheless, we had a lot of fun in town, people were very friendly, humorous and passionate about Keene Valley. Definitely a must go to!

Great weekend at the Snow Goose B&B

We had a wonderful stay at the Snow Goose. It was our resting spot after a day of hiking, perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable, loved the front porch to hang out a visit with each other and other guests. Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended. Wendy Whittmore

Such a great find!

I chose the Snow Goose because of it's proximity to the peaks we planned to hike, but was thrilled to find a wonderfully cozy, very clean and friendly home. The location is perfect, just off a main road, close to great restaurants, and we hiked right off the property! The owners were super friendly and the prices are totally reasonable. We'll definitely be back!
