Romantic

My husband and I stayed at Soundview for two nights before we left on our Alaskan cruise for our honeymoon....best place to start our vacation....it was extremely romantic....the views are incredible...and it was more personable then staying in a hotel. Next time we are out that way we would definitely stay there again!!

Truly Pampered

Our splurge on our trip through Washington and Oregon state was the Soundview Bed and Breakfast. We were not dissapointed whatsoever. Soaking in the hottub with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. What else could anyone ask for on a romantic holiday. Our host added several unique touches to our sanctuary that made us feel truly pampered. We felt well tended too yet our privacy was always respected throughout our stay.

A Romantic Getaway

Last year my partner and I needed a little time away from the city for our third year anniversary. We searched around and found Soundview B&B, a quaint little cottage not too far from town. The moment we got there, we instantly felt at home. The cottage was clean, we had had a warm welcome from our hostess, and everything felt really personal. We had a quiet dinner overlooking the lake and later snuggled up together in the hot tub. We shared glasses of sparkling cider he brought while we looked out across the view of the water. From hot tubbing, to sitting in the warmth of the cottage wrapped up in the comfy robes of the B&B, we relaxed for the remainder of the night. We definately recommend this place to anyone, but especially to couples looking for the perfect getaway! P.S. You will want to take the bed home with you! ^^

Romance at its Best

My Husband and I actually got married at Soundview Cottage and stayed on for our honeymoon for an additional three days. It's secluded location and view make it one of the nicest most relaxing places we've ever stayed in. We've since been back to stay at Soundview B&B cottage several times...the hot tub and fire place are an absolute treat after an afternoon of walking the lovely beach below. I'd highly recommend this cottage as a romantic destination getaway.

Romantic View Cottage

The perfect getaway for us! We literally sat in the hot tub for two hours just looking at the water and the beautiful falling leaves (in October). It was wonderful and sooo romantic!

Very Romantic!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights while on vacation in September of 2008. We wanted to stay somewhere quiet and romantic but still be close enough to Seattle to enjoy the city. After looking at dozens of places in the area, we came across the Soundview website. Upon arriving, we could not believe how beautiful Soundview was! Not only was Annie, the owner, extremely friendly and accommodating, but she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The refrigerator was stocked with champagne and strawberries along with breakfast items, the hot tub on the balcony overlooks the breathtaking Puget Sound, and there were fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. We were able to spend our days exploring Seattle and our nights curled up on the couch watching movies by the fireplace and drinking champagne in the hot tub. After two nights, we wanted to stay the whole week! We will definitely return to Soundiew. I can't imagine a more romantic place for our trip.

InnSide Tip - Explore downtown Burien
There are so many places to go in Seattle and the surrounding area, but why not check out downtown Burien! We went shopping and had dinner and drinks at a pub only minutes from Soundview. The town has a great history and is fun to explore!
