Beware of cancellation policy
I had to cancel my reservation 55 days before the date I was to arrive and was charged $402.15( I had booked 2 rooms) even though the innkeepers had rebooked the rooms. Their policy is one night's rate during event times. The rooms had been rebooked 45 days before the event.

Great Experience!
Our stay at the Sully Mansion was a truly great experience—convenient location, beautiful antique furnishings, gourmet breakfasts, and superb hospitality. We enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely stay there next time we are in New Orleans.
Guy and Nancy, the innkeepers, are exceptional hosts who went out of their way continually to ensure that our stay was as superb. Nancy's breakfasts were amazing, with homemade pastries and custards, made-to-order egg casseroles, fresh fruit, plus good coffee and juices.
Our room (the St Charles Suite) was spacious and elegantly furnished with period antiques, except for the mattress, which was the most comfortable I've slept on away from home. Local artists' work adorns the public areas, and the porch is a great place relax, read, talk and enjoy the magnificent old trees and lush vegetation of this quiet, stylish Garden District neighborhood.
If you want a great place to stay that captures the essence of New Orleans grace, charm and old-fashioned elegance, I strongly recommend the Sully Mansion.

Excellent Inn
The Sully Mansion is a beautiful 1800's mansion in New Orleans' Garden District. The location could not be better. The accommodations are beautiful. The Innkeepers are friendly and dedicated. Nancy brings coffee upstairs each morning and has a delicious breakfast ready downstairs. She is ready with great recommendations for places to dine or to visit. This place is perfect for sightseeing, enjoying New Orleans living, or a romantic get away.
