Circa 1800. Open year-round, this historic, turreted Victorian has been remodeled to offer modern hospitality. Enjoy seaside lodging along the Southern coast of Maine, south of Portland and north of Kennebunkport on Saco Bay. Billowhouse Oceanfront Motel & Guesthouse B&B in Ocean Park boasts generous amenities that include an ice machine, a grill, fire pit, beach chairs and umbrellas to make every stay pleasant. Relax on porch rockers and munch on home-baked cookies. Accommodations are inviting guest rooms and suites. Some feature kitchenettes, an inside whirlpool or outdoor hot tub. After breakfast walk to shops, play shuffleboard or tennis on a clay court, eat at local restaurants and indulge in the old-fashioned ice cream parlor. Passes to Portland Children's Museum are provided.

During holiday weekends one-night stays are not accepted.

Cancellation

When reservation is confirmed and notification of cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival, reservation will be canceled and deposit applied to next visit, good for 12 months. If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice, deposit is forfeited and guest will be responsible for the entire bill.

Montreal fans

We have been coming here for over 40 years. Now our grandchildren are joining us. It is lovely, well maintained, best location on the beach and guests are made to feel like welcome friends.
