Minimum Stay Requirements

Two-night minimum Friday and Saturday. One-night minimum Sunday through Thursday.

Cancellation

Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us greatly. Please understand, we must maintain a firm cancellation policy for non-arrival or early departure. For cancellations requested more than thirty days prior to arrival we will refund your payment, less a 10% administrative fee; or we can hold your payment and apply it in full towards a future booking. For cancellations requested thirty days or less prior to arrival, we must hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay. Modifications to your reservation requested, more than 30 days prior to arrival, are accepted subject to availability. We are unable to accommodate any modifications to your reservation 30 days or less prior to your arrival. We realize that travel itineraries can have unexpected changes. For peace of mind when planning your travel, consider purchasing trip insurance.
