A Great Break

Natalie & Al, a great break from work and the world. The food was the best and so was the conversation with other guests. A superb location for the surrounding counties and the turning of the leaves was at its peak.

Best We've Found!

My husband and I often stay in B&B's. This one is the best one we've found. Our room was comfortable. There were enough electric outlets to charge our phones and Kindles. Grounds are neat with well-tended flower beds. Many B&Bs are so overdecorated that you can't find a place to put even a toothbrush, but Garver House is beautiful without being overdone. The house is easy to find, and convenient to all the area attractions. I loved the sunroom downstairs. The food is wonderful. I was visiting relatives in the area, and every day they asked, "OK, what delicious gourmet food did you have for breakfast this morning?" All my local siblings say they will reserve rooms at Garver House for out-of-town guests. It's a wonderful place. We'd love to stay there again.

Found Your Calling

Dear Al and Natalie, I must say, you have found your calling! You have a beautiful home & you welcome your guests so graciously. The food was WONDERFUL! Everything is clean and very "home" feeling. We enjoyed our day trips around Ohio and feel we have missed too much-so I guess we will be back. God's blessing to you and all the lives you touch.

Memorable Stay

This was a truly memorable stay in the Fort Laurens room at The Garver House. We came here for a wedding and weren't expecting the wonderful hospitality here. I haven't felt so comfortable being away from home as I was in coming here. We're sad it was only one day so we'll plan to return and visit Amish country next time around. Thanks for making our stay here so magnificent.

Al & Natalie are excellent host/hostess. The food was wonderful! Our stay was comfortable, it was like being at home with friends. They were very accommodating and helpful, making our anniversary celebration special. Definetely on our "want to return" list to this beautiful century home.

Feels Like Family

Came to see "Trumpet" and enjoyed the ambiance and hospitality of "Garver House". Our room was comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was wonderful, artistically presented. We plan to return next year to see "White Savage". In fact Ron feels so much like family he is signing this with the nickname only his family uses!

Incredible!

Our experience has been incredible!! We were welcomed at 8pm last minute and appreicate your hospitality. Our breakfast was fantastic---one of the best ever!! A great one!

We often stay at B&B's and this was a great one. We had a pleasant time everything was done to ensure that. Dessert in the evening was a surprise and a delight and early morning coffee much appreciated. If we ever come through again we will return to Garver House. Thanks. P.S. and what a breakfast !!

First B&B Experience
