Description
Circa 1878. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views as you relax on antique wicker on the wraparound verandas at this architectural gem, designed by Frank Furness. The railings boast ceramic tiles that were part of a Japanese exhibition from the Philadelphia Centennial of 1876, and a measured drawing is recorded in the Library of Congress. Most of the guest rooms afford ocean views and two offer private verandas. All feature unique period decor and antiques. Breakfasts are served in the formal dining room on tables set with china, crystal and silver.
