Very Comfortable!

Excellent location, I wanted to stay longer as I had not visited Greene in many years. A family incident required my presence elsewhere, but the service was excellent, the room was very comfortable and cleanliness was exceptional.

Wonderfull setting , this venue really made our stay in New York State. The owners friends Tim and Sue looked after us well. Would recommend this B&B to any overseas visitor, certainly a Home from Home.

Nice way to visit family in Greene

Staying at the Waters Edge is a nice, comfortable way to visit my family who live in Greene. During past visits I have stayed in Binghamton & that's just too far away. The B & B was clean and very confortable. I recommended it my large family and I look forward to staying there again, and again!

Perfecct Place to Call Paradise

Private baths with special treats (area soaps, heel balm, etc.), freshly ironed pillow cases, wonderfully comfortable beds, spacious dressers, ceiling fans, air conditioning, beautiful artwork from the Greene area, a fantastic front porch to enjoy sunny days, a sun porch to soak in the warm morning sun beams, a short walk to get ice cream, or into town for shopping or dinner. It is the perfect place to call paradise! I stayed there for almost 4 months one summer when I had to work in Greene. Summer will never be the same. I can't say enough about how beautiful it is and how welcome you will feel from the moment you pull up.

The ONLY Place I Stay....

I have been traveling upstate New York to work on my art for nearly a decade now, and Water's Edge is the only place I will stay. Clean uncluttered rooms - NO PETS - woundering around! Simple interior design, but sill cozy. And it is set in the middle of the most charming little town of Greene. Close to a lot of activities and antiquing towns nearby. Have stayed (or tried to stay) at a couple other places in the area before - but they pale in comparison. Just a nice relaxing retreat by the rivers edge to unwind the soul.

Place is a dump-owner is rude

Place is a dump. The owner has a toxic attitude. Stay somewhere else unless you enjoy staying in a dump with a rude owner.

Place is a dump and owner has a toxic attitude

Owner is very rude. She should not be in the hospitality industry. The property is sorely in need of many repairs and the owner needs to sell the property and let someone else who is respectful of the public manage the B & B.
