Hallmark Channel to Promote Bed & Breakfast Inns in 12-Part Series
Innkeepers Comment On Hallmark Channel's Decision to Promote Inns
Innkeepers around the country have expressed their delight with the new Cedar Cove / iLoveInns.com partnership.
"Love it! What a great tie in!" Selena, Tiffany Hill
"A brilliant move for both Hallmark, I Love Inns and the industry as a whole." Mike, Bowman's Hill
"Hallmark is a quality channel so anything they do is going to be a quality program and good to be associated with!" Bonnie, Windemere Inn By The Sea
Hallmark Cards distributed 400,000 B&B books for iLoveInns.com in two prior partnerships. They gave these out in stores and customers went wild for them, according to store managers, proving that Hallmark and Inns are a great connection.
iLoveInns.com (and American Historic Inns) has raised the visibility of inns by partnering with many high profile brands including Wells Fargo, American Express, Minutemaid, Lipton Tea and Tasters Choice. We are currently working on new partnerships to keep finding perfect guests for your inn. You can help:

An innkeeper told iLoveInn's Valeri that she has had many overnight stays from Andie McDowell at her North Carolina inn. She is excited to hear of this new series about small town life and that the Hallmark Channel is promoting America's small inns.

* Cedar Cove info site (later to include the "Hub" with B&B, etc) When Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove launches in July, Hallmark Channel Fans will be able to to interact with the online town of Cedar Cove and its residents by exploring locations such as the courthouse, local diner, lighthouse and bed and breakfast. Fans will click on the bed & breakfast to receive B&B prizes and information on inns participating in the promotion, etc. Ads and Hallmark's email lists will also drive traffic to inns.
Bed & Breakfast Random House Series
The author of the Cedar Cove TV series has also started a bed and breakfast book series. "The Inn at Rose Harbor," features the life of an innkeeper and I've already read the first book -it's actually filled with tidbits on how to run an inn - a topic of interest to author Debbie Macomber's millions of readers! Three of Macomber’s previous books were made into top-ranking Hallmark Channel movies so we can hope for another movie or even better, a full blown series like Cedar Cove.
